HTC One Google Edition has finally been announced

HTC One Google Edition As expected, HTC has finally announced their latest HTC One Google Edition flagship that will be running on the stock Android firmware – giving users the full Nexus experience on  the HTC One. According to HTC, the device will be up for grabs from Google Play store starting June 26th at a hefty price tag of $599. Like the Galaxy S4 Google Edition, the Google Edition HTC One will also be coming unlocked according to Head of Chrome, Sundar Pichai.

Sad to say, the HTC One Google Edition will only be available in silver color with  32GB internal storage at the moment, and there is no news on weather HTC will be releasing other variants or not. Similarly, the device will also be receiving software update directly from Google instead of HTC – so you’ll probably be receiving the update earlier than the original version.

Since its just less than a month before its official release, its time for you to save up if you’re planning to get one this summer!
